Windows Time Service: Access is Denied – Event ID 46
Having the time on a machine or server out of sync can cause all sorts of issues. It is possible that users won’t be able to log on, the machine drops off the domain or users won’t be able to access certain secure websites as the computer thinks the certificate is not valid due the time being out of sync on the machine.
